Most photo studios are already in the Christmas mood from mid-October, so it's worth assessing which one we think is the most dear to us. During this period, however, the occupancy rate is extremely high, so it is recommended to reserve the right time as soon as possible.

I haven't been to a photo shoot yet, can I get help?Of course, we are happy to help you with everything during the entire photo shoot, whether it is about posing or even choosing clothes. There is no need to be nervous, we strive for a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. :)

Can I bring a pet?Yes, we welcome small pets as well.

What should I bring with me?It is worth bringing several sets of clothes, and many studio rooms have quite homely elements, e.g. kitchen, where we can make some pictures even more natural with a favorite mug., but it can be a hat, book, toys, etc.

What does the photo shoot look like?It is worth arriving 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time, so that we can get to know each other and comfortably discuss some basic things. During photography, depending on the circumstances, 2 photographers or 1 photographer and an assistant will direct the process. If there is a precise idea, we go through the chosen things, and then, as long as time allows, the creativity can begin. The basic goal is to achieve a natural atmosphere, this is not a class or tableau photography, you can freely let your imagination run free. :)

When will I receive the pictures?We will make all raw images available in their original size, via cloud-based sharing within 2 working days at most, after which it is possible to select the images to be retouched (up to the amount included in the package), which will also be sent out via cloud-based sharing within 6 working days.

How can I make a reservation?We have appointments that can be booked immediately in several studios, so if you like one of the dates and the associated studio, select the desired place from the "Appointments that can be booked immediately" drop-down menu while filling out the "Reservation" form. It is IMPORTANT that the reservation becomes final only with the confirmation, the condition of which is the payment of the reservation or the full amount. Of course, it is also possible to take photos outside of the times that can be booked immediately, if we manage to find a free space in a friendly studio. How is payment made?In order to finalize the reservation, an advance payment of HUF 15,000 is required, for which we will send all the necessary information after submitting the "Reservation" form. After receipt of the reservation, the reservation becomes final, of which we will also send a confirmation. The remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer in the same way as the deposit (or together with the deposit) or in cash on the spot.

Something went wrong, can I cancel my reservation?Of course, the reservation can be changed or canceled free of charge more than 8 days before the booked date. In case of cancellation within 8 days, the reservation will not be refunded. Example: If the booked date is: 08.12.2022. 4:00 p.m. - then 30.11.2022. Cancellations or changes must be received before 4:00 p.m. If you arrive after this, the reservation will unfortunately not be refunded.
* All photos taken can be downloaded from a cloud-based storage, to which the link will be sent within 2 working days of the photo shoot
** The rental costs of the indicated studios are included in the price. (e.g.: PREMIUM package 49,000 basic fee + HUF 10,000 studio rental)
*** In the case of a two-hour photo shoot, it is possible to spend the second hour in another room within the studio. (e.g.: first class Madison New York, second class Madison Morii)
All additional retouched images requested in addition to the quantity included in the package can be requested at a price of HUF 1,000 per image. The invoice is issued by a KATA individual enterprise, so the displayed prices apply only to private individuals. In the case of corporate invoicing, please indicate your need for a VAT invoice when making the reservation, otherwise the invoice will be issued to a natural person. In case of invoicing to a company, the displayed prices increase with 27% VAT.
